Architectural Interior Photos
Interior architectural spaces can be the most challenging to photograph as there are often many important details in one small space. We compose our shots to tell the whole story of each space by identifying key elements and then describing their relationship to one another. Just click the thumbnail image and a gallery of images will open. You can navigate the gallery using the ‘n’ and ‘p’ keys to move to the next or previous image, and you can close the gallery at any time with the ‘x’ key. Architectural Exterior Photos
Above are collections of images from different projects that showcase photos we have taken of exterior architectural spaces. More often then not, the key to a representative exterior night shot is timing. To best capture the night time look of a building, you need to take a photo of it during the “magic hour” between the beginning and end of sunset. Photos taken just a few minutes apart during this time can look remarkably different as the diffuse fill light of the intereflected sun light fades.
Non Architectural Photos
Though Lighting by Others was initially created to provide architectural and lighting photography services, that is not the end of our capabilities. As photography enthusiasts, we often experiment with other facets of imagery including, but not limited to, landscapes, portraits, events, macros, and product photos. Every type of photo requires a different approach to create a dramatic and appealing print. We take great care to ensure that the proper equipment and techniques are implemented so that the end results are of great quality and value to the client.
